Review & Create Tag

Please review your information carefully. Once written to the NFC tag, this information will be accessible to anyone who scans the tag.
Android Users: You can write directly to your NFC tag using this browser.
iPhone Users: Due to Apple's restrictions, you'll need a separate NFC writing app. Instructions will be generated for you.
Step 5 of 5

Write NFC Tag

Please ensure NFC is enabled on your Android device and your phone is unlocked. Hold the NFC tag to the back of your phone when prompted.

Due to Apple's restrictions on NFC functionality in iOS browsers, you'll need to use a separate app to write your emergency information to an NFC tag.

Follow these steps:

  1. Download a free NFC writing app from the App Store (like "NFC Tools")
  2. Open the app and select "Write"
  3. Choose "Add a record" and select "Text" or "URL"
  4. Copy the text below and paste it into the app
  5. Follow the app's instructions to write to your NFC tag
