AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to Hanging On By Fingertips. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Hanging On By Fingertips FZE, concerning your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing the site and placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, our specialized 3D-printed portable hold designs, text, graphics, logos, and custom developmental software framework assets are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the site solely for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our physical training hold configurations or media assets is strictly prohibited.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and textures of our products. However, because our equipment is manufactured utilizing small-batch 3D printing techniques, minor surface variations are a normal characteristic of the production process and do not constitute manufacturing defects. All prices are subject to change at any time. Shipping costs and any applicable regional taxes or customs duties will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store. We accept payments through secure verified methods, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases upon placing your order.

SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship our portable training holds globally from our operating facilities. While we make every commitment to hit delivery timelines, estimated shipping dates are subject to carrier transit conditions. For international shipments outside our primary distribution hubs, the buyer remains the importer of record and is responsible for any local import customs clearances, taxes, or duties applied by destination authorities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Climbing and finger strength training are inherently strenuous and potentially dangerous activities. Our products are engineered strictly for portable warm-up routines and controlled training applications. Hanging On By Fingertips FZE shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the misuse, improper rigging, or failure of user-supplied mounting structures. You assume full personal responsibility for your physical training limits and equipment inspections before execution.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and any purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising directly under this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, while strictly preserving mandatory local consumer protections applicable to our customers residing within the European Union (EU).
