DELIVERY COVERAGE

We provide reliable domestic shipping across all Emirates in the UAE and international shipping to a wide range of global destinations, including GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, as well as worldwide destinations.

SHIPPING RATES & DYNAMIC CALCULATION

To ensure you receive the most accurate pricing, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.

  • Factors: Rates are based on the destination, total weight, and dimensions of your order.
  • Domestic (UAE): Customers may choose Standard or Express delivery.
  • International: International rates are calculated using real-time market rates from our carriers.
  • Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or fuel surcharges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

PAYMENT POLICY

We operate a strict no Cash on Delivery (COD) policy. To ensure the fastest fulfillment and secure handling of your 3D-printed items, all orders must be paid in full via our secure online gateway before they are processed for dispatch.

SECTION 04

DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Domestic (UAE) Standard: Next-day delivery for most areas.
  • Domestic (UAE) Express: Same-day delivery may be available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before the daily cut-off.
  • International Express: Express shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

LOGISTICS PARTNERS & TRACKING

We partner with Aramex and Emirates Post to provide reliable global reach.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.
  • You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s portal.
SECTION 06

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Shipment Protection: Optional insurance is available at checkout for high-value orders to cover potential loss or damage during transit.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Packages left uncollected for an extended period, per carrier policy, may be returned or disposed of. Reshipping fees will apply to returned items.
